Demonstration hosted by our very own Mark
Tilling, UK Chocolate Master 2007! Ever wondered how to make the
perfect petit fours and seasonal treats?

Chocolate Master Class - Christmas Special: Sunday 30th November at Lainston House
Hosted by Mark Milling, UK Chocolate Master –
learn all about chocolate from the expert and try your hand at some
chocolate making.
£175 per person including apron and hat,
equipment, recipes, chocolate hearts and heart-shaped boxes,
chocolate truffles, as well as all the moulded and dipped
chocolates that you make!

Music at Leisure House Party - Sunday 25th January 2009 at Lainston House
A stunning black tie evening with champagne reception
on arrival followed by a house party style three-course
dinner hosted by Leonard Pearcey, celebrated musician and
broadcaster. Performances by internationally renowned pianist John
Lill.
